Notice of Company Name Change

Fahren Toyama Co., Ltd. was established in 1991 when Mitsuoka Motor Co., Ltd. launched its Volkswagen and Audi dealership operations. For 34 years, we have dedicated ourselves solely to German automobiles.

During this time, our team of car enthusiasts fulfilled our dream as challengers, propelling Mitsuoka Motor to become Japan's 10th passenger car manufacturer. Today, the MITSUOKA brand has grown into a name recognized by every car enthusiast.

As the automotive industry faces what is called a “once-in-a-century” transformation, we will continue to be a company that consistently meets the needs of the times. To this end, we have incorporated “MITSUOKA” into our company name, clearly establishing ourselves as part of the Mitsuoka Motor Group. We will advance our management by leveraging the scale advantages of the group.

Additionally, “D.A.” is derived from the initials of D (Deutsches) A (Autohaus), meaning “German car dealership” in German. It simply and directly expresses the image of solid, reliable German cars.

As the sales company for German vehicles within the Mitsuoka Motor Group, we have adopted this new name with a strong emphasis on being easy to understand and approachable for everyone.

Please note that there will be no changes to our dealership network, personnel structure, or operational policies following this company name change.
