BUBU is particularly committed to quality, and we provide after-sales service based on our own strict standards, allowing our customers to enjoy a personalized car experience. We offer a wide variety of imported cars, primarily American and European, with unique features not found in Japanese cars, to domestic users. Furthermore, our unique BCD direct import system, operated through our US subsidiary, allows us to manage everything from purchasing to sales in-house, a system that no other company can match. To ensure our customers can enjoy a safe and comfortable car life, the imported cars handled by BUBU’s business do not sell vehicles that have been repaired. To ensure quality, we only offer vehicles that meet our strict in-house standards. To further guarantee quality, all vehicles are inspected by a third-party organization.
The BUBU business functions as a comprehensive automobile sales channel, selling not only used American and European cars, but also vehicles developed in-house by MITSUOKA and vehicles stocked at each of our group stores. Unless there is an authorized dealer in Japan, when importing a vehicle, a local “shipper” acts as an intermediary and handles the entire process from vehicle purchase to export. However, BUBU handles everything in-house without relying on a shipper. We have our own shipping department (local subsidiary) located in California, USA. The greatest benefit of our in-house management system is that we never compromise on our products. Sending even one vehicle in poor condition would destroy the company’s credibility. At the same time, we cannot use the excuse that “we left it to someone else.” While this means we bear strict responsibility for each and every vehicle, we pride ourselves on delivering flawless vehicles. BUBU’s long-established division, BCD (BUBU California Direct), has vast facilities and offices in California, USA, and is where we began full-scale of import. BCD, or “BUBU California Direct,” is a division that has been in operation since the 1980s.
After-sales service is essential for vehicle sales. With the rapid evolution of vehicles today, expanding our facilities to include the latest equipment is essential. With a diverse network of stores and authorized dealerships for multiple brands, we actively share technical information and provide training. We strive daily to pass on our advanced skills, backed by years of experience and proven results, while also acquiring the latest technology. All of our service centers are certified by the Transport Bureau. In addition to vehicle inspections, maintenance, repairs, and parts sales, we also have our own fully-equipped body repair facility, allowing us to provide comprehensive services, including insurance repairs.
